FortHill Property (FHP) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new $66.5m distribution facility in Drury South, Auckland. This transaction was noted as the largest commercial/industrial transaction in New Zealand in 2024.
This 17,700m² asset is strategically located and provides both logistics and transport links to all major North Island markets. The property is leased to NZSB for 10 years and will be tenanted by NZ Safety Blackwoods, a part of the ASX listed Wesfarmers group. This acquisition extends our portfolio to 20 premium industrial properties, located across New Zealand’s key metropolitan centres.
The property will be completed in late 2025 and signals our intention to build momentum into the new year.
