Our properties are tenanted by strong, recognised brands, who operate in a range of essential industries and sectors. Our portfolio has a long Weighted Average Lease Term (WALT) of 9.2 years creating income security and growth for investors.
FortHill is a limited liability company which issues shares to investors. It is a PIE entity for tax purposes. This provides an efficient structure for investors.
FortHill aims to pay a quarterly dividend and has delivered on or exceeded its forecasts since it was started in 2019. FortHill may look to raise new equity several times per year as we acquire additional properties and grow the portfolio.
