FortHill is pleased to open the fundraise for the next phase of its growth.
The raise is for $30m and, with bank debt, will be used to fund the acquisition of three new properties valued at $46.6m (Tasman / Laminex, OfficeMax, and DHL). Once settled, FortHill will hold a high-quality portfolio of 13 properties worth approximately $195.8m, with a WALT of 11.9 years, and a rent roll of approximately $12.1m. FortHill also expects to have additional 'capacity' to acquire further property with the funds raised.
