Director Announcement

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jan-Paul Mowat ('JP') as an Independent Director to the FortHill Board.

JP is a founder of NZ Equity Partners, a New Zealand private equity fund that invests in, and grows, small and medium New Zealand companies. 

JP brings experience in establishing and successfully growing businesses. He also has expertise in investment markets, marketing, and debt and equity raisings.

JP is well-known for his strong work ethic and for creating significant value for his investors. Matt, Alan, and I are pleased to have JP bring all of these attributes to our Board table to help grow your investment in FortHill.

Separately, JP sits on the Boards of Fertility Associates and Apollo Medical. He is also a father of three, keen footie (soccer) player and coach, and an avid cyclist and surfer.

We look forward to introducing JP to those that can make it in person to our Shareholder Event in Christchurch on 27th November 2019.

We will continue our search for one more independent director to complete our Board and ideally, we are seeking another high-calibre individual with a strong property sector background and specifically connected in North Island networks.
