FortHill Property is pleased to open the fundraise for investment in its industrial property portfolio. FortHill has delivered strong growth and returns to its investors since it was launched, and now holds 15 high quality properties valued at $287m.

FortHill is undertaking this further equity raise as the Board continues to see high-quality growth opportunities in both the North and South Island which will add to the portfolio, diversification, and returns. This equity raise is for a minimum of $25m and a maximum of $50m.
