Sorted Logistics Acquisition

FortHill is pleased to announce the acquisition of 451 Waterloo Road, Waterloo Business Park, Christchurch to be tenanted by Sorted Logistics.

Sorted Logistics is an international logistics company with over 200 staff across Christchurch, Auckland, and Sydney. Sorted has four main divisions offering end-to-end logistics solutions of warehousing, distribution, transport, and international freight forwarding to a wide range of national and international clients. Sorted Logistics and the Waterloo Road property are part of the high-growth logistics and distribution sector.

The building is being developed by the owners of Sorted Logistics with Calder Stewart Construction undertaking the construction. On completion the building will comprise approximately 18,900m2 of high-stud warehouse, canopy, and office on a 2.63ha site.

This takes FortHill's portfolio to 21 buildings with a value of $445.7m.
